I will help you gain insight into emotional energy & reactions
Philosophy & Interests
I'm fascinated by emotional intelligence and the neuroscience behind it to create our best self. My belief in the power of emotional intelligence to change lives for the better; led me to launch The Ei Coach LLC. As an emotional intelligence (Ei) coach, I'm committed to helping you gain insight into how emotions affect your self-awareness, work, relationships and results in life.
If you work with me, you will:
By learning and applying the principles of emotional intelligence, you'll understand WHY you think and act the way you do, and lead change in your personal and professional life with positive energy. My clients range from people seeking life-coaching based in neuroscience, (it's not you, it's your brain!) to working professionals and entrepreneurs who want to become highly effective, and teams needing to transform relationships by putting emotional awareness into action. With a little bit of coaching and support, and it's amazing what you and your brain can accomplish!

What is emotional intelligence?
- Emotional intelligence and the neuroscience behind it, is about understanding how emotions affect our thoughts, judgements, behaviors, habits, actions and stress. EQ (emotional smarts!) is a measure of our self-awareness, personal insights, relationships, resilience, problem solving ability, decision making and overall well-being, energy and happiness. EQ impacts every aspect of our lives, every day! People with higher EQ communicate effectively, form strong relationships and create powerful coping strategies. The great news, is that EQ skills can be learned and developed through coaching!
